Dear Parents/Guardians
Most of us go about our daily lives without spending any time considering what we might do, or be able to do in the event of an immediate medical emergency. How would we react, would we panic, would we have enough knowledge to help at all? First Aid training is a life skill which is vital for everyone, and could even help to save a life!
A recent tragic event involving a young child out with his family enjoying a pizza at a restaurant brought this home to us all when sadly the child actually choked on a grape. From this Eagley School House Nursery offered to arrange for a paediatric first aid training event to be held at Nursery 2 and the response from our parents/carers was really encouraging.
Eagley School House Nurseries would therefore like to invite parents/guardians of our children to a First Aid training event. The training will be provided by Paul Kenny on Saturday, 13 February 2016 from 10.00 am lasting for approximately 3 hours. The cost is £15.00 per delegate with places being limited to 20 per session, so will be on a first come, first served basis. A certificate will be provided on completion of the training.
